The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, and the Director of the United States Agency for International Development, James Stevenson, have signed the Memorandum on Cooperation between USAID and the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The USAID/IBM IPEE Project involves improving technical support, as well as helping with the development of legislative activities and the National Assembly's strategy of communication.

Representatives of the Serbian parliament and USAID have presented the National Assembly's new website, which contains, besides Deputies' biographies, databases on legislation, information updated on a daily basis, as well as a section for recording users' opinions on the work of the parliament.
