MP Vesna Marjanovic Meets with Europa Nostra Delegation
MP Vesna Marjanovic met today, at the National Assembly Building, with a delegation of Europa Nostra, organization dedicated to the protection of cultural heritage, to discuss project Creative Europe.
The representatives of Europa Nostra agreed that Serbia has enormous cultural potential and emphasized the importance of the EU cultural strategy which hinges on having a network of operators in all cultural fields as it contributes to better quality of cooperation.
Finally, Marjanovic concluded that culture can help prepare Serbia to join the European Union and that cooperation, which she hopes would continue, is important to keep social and cultural development as a state policy priority.
