Representatives of local authorities presented the current situation with regard to gender equality and participation of women in politics in their communities. Problems of constituting and functioning of local Gender Equality Offices were especially discussed.

It was agreed for the Gender Equality Committee and the Chairman of the National Assembly to advise municipal officials to support the activities of local Gender Equality Offices.
