Iranian Ambassador Pays Farewell Visit to Foreign Affairs Committee

Today, Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic received the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran H.E. Majid Fahim Pour in a farewell visit.

Prof. Dr Obradovic thanked Ambassador Pour for his contribution to the bilateral relations between the two countries during his mandate and wished him success in his future endeavours. The officials noted that the relations between the two countries had intensified in the past couple of years, among other things, through the exchange of visits of parliament speakers. They agreed that the traditionally good relations between the two countries should be strengthened through the cooperation of parliamentary working bodies and friendship groups.
