Hundred and Ninth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting held on 27 December, the Administrative Committee considered the request submitted by MP Milan Urosevic for an opinion relating to article 28, paragraph 4 of the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the request.


At the sitting, the Administrative Committee adopted a Decision to fine Vjerica Radeta 10% of her base salary for the reprimand issued to her and a Decision to fine Momcilo Duvnjak 20% of his base salary for the two reprimands issued to him at the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.

At the sitting, the Committee also considered the request submitted by Snezana Vukotic, deputy REC member, for an opinion relating to article 28, paragraph 4 of the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the request.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
