Ambassador del Todo said that this year marks the 75th anniversary of bilateral relations between Serbia and Cuba adding that the two nations had throughout history supported one another and showed solidarity in times of trouble. He stressed that Cuba supports Serbia’s territorial integrity and thanked Serbia for its support of Cuba.

Prof. Dr Ljubisa Stojmirovic spoke about the possibility to advance cooperation between Serbia and Cuba in the domain of tourism and suggested that the Ambassador visit different towns and municipalities in Serbia to get a better feel of the country and also promote Cuba and Cuban culture among the people of Serbia.

The meeting was attended by PFG members Josip Broz, Momo Colakovic, Ana Karadzic, Mirko Krlic, Ljiljana Malusic, Vladimir Petkovic, Natasa Jovanovic and Olivera Ognjanovic who highlighted the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of healthcare, culture and art.
