Gojkovic to Visit Pan-African Parliament at Invitation of Roger Nkodo Dang

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic will be paying a two-day visit to the Pan-African Parliament, in the course of which the National Assembly and the Pan-African Parliament are to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation.


The National Assembly Speaker will be addressing the Pan-African Parliament as a special guest at the opening of the regular plenary session and have bilateral meetings with the President of the Pan-African Parliament Roger Nkodo Dang, and the heads of the national parliaments of African countries, member states of the Pan-African Parliament.

Gojkovic visiting the Pan-African Parliament at the invitation of President Dang is a first visit by a Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to the organization. The Pan-African Parliament as the legislative body of the African Union boasts 50 member states from the African continent.
