Gojkovic in Official Visit to Egypt

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic will be in official visit in Egypt on 23 and 24 June at the invitation of Egyptian Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal, in the course of which she will meet with the country’s dignitaries.

Gojkovic and Aal will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the aim of furthering and intensifying parliamentary cooperation and strengthening the friendly relations between Serbia and Egypt in general.

The Memorandum of Understanding will provide the groundwork for furthering parliamentary cooperation at the level of working bodies, parliamentary friendship groups and standing delegations to international parliamentary organizations.

The National Assembly delegation also comprises Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic and the Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Egypt Dubravka Filipovski.
