Gojkovic Sends Telegram of Condolences to Cuban National Assembly President

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba Juan Esteban Lazo Hernández on the tragic plane crash.

The telegram states:

“We were deeply distressed by the tragic news of the horrific plane crash resulting in the loss of so many human lives. Please allow me to extend our deepest sympathies on the behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and myself to You, the members of the Parliament and the people of Cuba.

Please convey our deepest condolences, solidarity and friendly support to the families of the victims who had suffered an irreparable loss.”
