Gojkovic Convenes the First Sitting of the First Regular Session for 5 March

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019, for Tuesday, 5 March.


For the agenda the National Assembly Speaker proposed the Bill on Central Register of Citizens, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Nutrition Products and Soil Enhancers, Bill amending and modifying the Food Safety Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Protection Products, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Health, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The MPs will also deliberate on the Bill on Hospitality Industry, Bill on Tourism, Bill on the Confirmation of the Constitution of the International Civil Defence Organization, and the Bill on Termination of the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of Malaysia on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, with Protocol, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, will also be on the agenda.

The sitting will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, starting at 10 am.
