For the sitting, the National Assembly Speaker proposed an agenda bearing one item:

1. Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, submitted by the National Assembly’s Culture and Information Committee.

The National Assembly conducted and concluded a unified debate on the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the only item on the agenda, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic set Monday, 5 December 2011, as Voting Day on the only item on the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011, starting at 4 pm.

On Voting Day, by a majority of votes, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, re-electing Rodoljub Sabic to the post. On the behalf of the MPs and herself, the National Assembly Speaker congratulated Rodoljub Sabic on being elected and wished him success.

As the National Assembly had completed the discussion on the only item on the agenda for the sitting and ruled on it, National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic concluded the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.
