Fourth Sitting of the Election Campaign Supervisory Board
At the fourth sitting, held on 17 March 2022, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board reviewed the reports of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure submitted by the CRTA Observation Mission.
- Acting on the report of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure lodged against Zorana Mihajlovic, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board found that the provisions of Article 50 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption had not been violated.
- Acting on the report of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure lodged against Danica Grujicic, Director of the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia and the political party Serbian Progressive Party headquartered in Belgrade, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board found that the actions of the political party Serbian Progressive Party did not contravene the provisions of Article 23, paragraph 4 of the Law on Financing of Political Parties.
- Acting on the report of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure lodged against Jelena Begovic, Director of the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering and the political party Serbian Progressive Party headquartered in Belgrade, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board found that the actions of the political party Serbian Progressive Party did not contravene the provisions of Article 23, paragraph 4 of the Law on Financing of Political Parties.
- Acting on the report of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure lodged against Aleksandar Sapic, President of New Belgrade City Municipality and the political party Serbian Progressive Party headquartered in Belgrade, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board found that the provisions of Article 23, paragraph 4 of the Law on Financing of Political Parties had not been violated.
- Acting on the report of irregularities in the actions of political parties, candidates and other participants in the election procedure lodged against Aleksandar Sapic, President of New Belgrade City Municipality and the political party Serbian Progressive Party headquartered in Belgrade, the Election Campaign Supervisory Board found that the provisions of Article 23, paragraph 4 of the Law on Financing of Political Parties had not been violated.
