Fourth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting that started on 2 June 2025, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection activity reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024.

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection activity reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024 were presented by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Milan Marinovic.

Following a discussion, the Committee formulated conclusion proposals on the considered reports and forwarded them to the National Assembly with the proposal that they be considered under urgent procedure.

The Committee then went on to consider the Ombudsman’s regular annual reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024 were presented by Ombudsman MA Zoran Pasalic.

Following a discussion, the Committee formulated conclusion proposals on the considered reports and forwarded them to the National Assembly with the proposal that they be considered under urgent procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Biljana Ilic-Stosic, Natasa Milic Milas, Djordje Komlenski, Risto Kostov, Ana Krstic, Dragan Nikolic, Verica Milanovic, Boris Bajic, Prof. Dr Jelena Jerinic, Olja Petrovic, Jasmina Palurovic and Jovan Palalic.
