The Committee on Kosovo and Metohia held its fourth sitting on 4 October, attended by the State Secretary of The Ministry of Kosovo and Metohia, Dusan Prorokovic and the Head of Financial Issues, Mirjana Cojbasic. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vladimir Milentijevic.

The sitting considered the Conclusions of the Government of the Republic of Serbia defining the earnings and fees in the state organs, organisations and services for the territory of AP Kosovo and Metohia.

The Committee members went on to unanimously decide to submit an initiative to pass a bill on defining the work status of employees in Kosovo and Metohia, if it is in accordance with the constitutional and legal provisions. The Committee also decided to forward a request to the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance to send a work inspection, financial police and budgetary inspection into all Kosovo state institutions to review the employment of staff, as well as financial transactions from 2001 onwards.
