The request to hold the session specified the following agenda:

1. Proposal for the appointment of Deputy Secretaries General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General and

2. Proposal of the Decision on the dismissal and appointment of members and substitute members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by MP Jorgovanka Tabakovic.

The National Assembly accepted the proposal of MP Jorgovanka Tabakovic to complete a joint single debate on the items on the agenda.

Having concluded the joint single debate on both the items on the agenda, National Assembly Speaker MA Nebojsa Stefanovic set Wednesday, 25 July 2012, as Voting Day on the items on the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2012, starting at 4 pm.

Voting Day

On Voting Day, 25 July, at the proposal of National Assembly Secretary General Jana Ljubicic and with the consent of the National Assembly Speaker, MA Nebojsa Stefanovic, the National Assembly appointed Mladen Mladenovic and Radoslav Vujovic, Bachelors of Laws from Belgrade, Deputy Secretaries General.

By a majority of votes, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the dismissal and appointment of members and substitute members of the Republic Electoral Commission, with the amendments submitted by MPs Balsa Bozovic and Aleksandar Jugovic. Based on the report of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues, the National Assembly noted the termination of the terms of office of MPs Tomislav Nikolic, Aleksandar Nikolic, Jana Ljubicic, Dragan Djilas, Ifeta Radoncic, Vojislav Kostunica, Dragan Jocic, Aleksandar Popovic and Milan Bacevic.

As the National Assembly had completed the discussion on the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Speaker MA Nebojsa Stefanovic concluded the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2012.
