At the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Committee of China’s National People’s Congress, a delegation of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, headed by its Chairman Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic, left for an official visit to the People’s Republic of China.

During their stay, the Serbian delegation shall have several meetings with China’s top officials. The delegation shall meet with Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairman of the National People’s Congress, and attend a session of the Chinese Parliament chaired by Ma Wenpu, Vice Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress and president of the Serbia-China friendship group.

The Serbian parliamentarians shall also meet with Zhang Zhijun, China’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Europe and Zhao Shaohua, Deputy Minister of Culture.

The delegation of the Foreign Affairs Committee comprises deputies Natasa Vuckovic, Zeljko Ivanji and Vesna Pesic.
