Nedjo Jovanovic was elected Chairman of the Commission, while Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic was elected Deputy Chairman.

At the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, on 24 July 2018, the National Assembly adopted the Decision on the Election of Members of the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, in the following composition: Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government members Nedjo Jovanovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic and Sreto Peric, member of Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic and member of the Health and Family Committee Prof. Dr Milan Knezevic.
