Fifty-Seventh Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 20 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by the Government, in principle.
At the sitting held on 20 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by the Government, in principle.
Following the debate, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
