Fifty-First Sitting of the European Integrations Committee
At the sitting held on 18 October, the European Integrations Committee considered, in principle, the Bill on Maritime Transport, Bill on Obligations and Basis of Property Law Relations in Air Transport and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Protection of Plant Breeders’ Rights.
The first two bills were elaborated by State Secretary Miodrag Miljkovic and Assistant Minister Pavle Galic, representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, while the Director of the Plant Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management Jan Bocanski elaborated the amendments and modifications to the Law on the Protection of Plant Breeders’ Rights.
The Committee members accepted the Bills in principle by a majority of votes.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Laszlo Varga.
