Fifth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the Fifth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in its 12th legislature for Tuesday, 22 June 2021, starting at noon.

National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic ascertained the following agenda:

  1. Office for Kosovo-Metohija Activity Report (May 2019 – June 2021), submitted by the Government;
  2. Report on the Negotiating Process with the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Pristina May 2019 – 15 June 2021, submitted by the Government.
The National Assembly accepted the proposal of MP Ivica Dacic to complete a joint single debate on both items on the agenda as the two acts and provisions contained therein are mutually contingent.

The President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic addressed the MPs and presented items 1 and 2 on the agenda.

By the end of the day the National Assembly completed the joint single debate on both items on the agenda.

Following the completion of the debate on the Office for Kosovo-Metohija Activity Report (May 2019 – June 2021) and the Report on the Negotiating Process with the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Pristina May 2019 – 15 June 2021, the Chair, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic set Tuesday, 22 June 2021, as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda of the Fifth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, starting at 6.09 pm.

Voting Day

On Voting Day, 22 June 2021, the National Assembly adopted the Office for Kosovo-Metohija Activity Report (May 2019 – June 2021) and the Report on the Negotiating Process with the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Pristina May 2019 – 15 June 2021.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic concluded the Fifth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature.
