Fifth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 27 November 2025, the Health and Family Committee considered the Bill on the Exchange of Data, Documents and Notifications in Cases of Temporary Incapacity for Work through the “e-Sick Leave – Employer” Software, submitted by the Government, in detail.

The MPs had submitted ten amendments to the Bill. As the Committee had not received the Government’s written opinion on the submitted amendments, the representative of the Ministry of Finance informed the MPs that the Government had, at today’s session, passed the Opinion proposing that the Committee and the National Assembly accept the amendment to Article 15, submitted by MP Dr Muamer Bacevac, while the remaining nine amendments should not be accepted.

The Committee decided to accept the amendment to Article 15, submitted by MP Dr Muamer Bacevac, while the remaining nine amendments were not accepted. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 9 paragraph 4 of the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tatjana Nikolic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura, Dr Sanela Strainovic, Prof. Dr Slobodan Milisavljevic, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Katarina Stojanovic, Natasa Bogunovic, Marina Mijatovic, Nenad Ristovic, Prof. Dr Snezana Rakic, Prof. Dr Dragan Delic and Dr Lidija Sarac.
