Fifth Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee

At the sitting held on 22 December 2022, the members of the Culture and Information Committee considered in detail the Bill amending the Law on Temporary Regulation of Payment of Fees for the Public Service Media and the Bill amending the Law on Public Service Media, submitted by the Government,

On behalf of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, the bills were presented by Dragana Becic.

The Committee adopted one of the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Service Media.

The Committee adopted none of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Temporary Regulation of Payment of Fees for the Public Service Media.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Nebojsa Bakarec and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milorad Bojovic, Lepomir Ivkovic, Dusan Maric, Natasa Jovanovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Stasa Stojanovic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Dr Danijela Grujic, Branko Vukajlovic, Nebojsa Novakovic, Dragana Miljanic, Edis Durgutovic, Prof. Dr Tamara Milenkovic Kerkovic, Rozalia Okresz and Aleksandar Jovanovic.
