Fifth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting that started on 3 October 2025, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following bills:

  1. Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by the Government, in principle;
  2. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, submitted by the Government, in principle;
  3. Bill on the Confirmation of the International Treaty on Exchange of Data for the Verification of Asset Declarations, submitted by the Government;
  4. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China on Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters, submitted by the Government;
  5. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Hungary on Legal Assistance in Civil Matters, submitted by the Government, and
  6. Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the European Charter of Local Self-Government, submitted by the Government.
On behalf of the Ministry of Justice the bills were presented by Assistant Minister Jovan Cosic.

By majority vote, the Committee adopted the bills.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Biljana Ilic Stosic, Natasa Milic Milas, Risto Kostov, Ana Krstic, Milija Miletic, Dragan Nikolic, Verica Milanovic, Boris Bajic, Olja Petrovic, Jasmina Palurovic and Jovan Palalic.
