Fifth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting that started on 3 October 2025, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following bills:
- Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, submitted by the Government, in principle;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the International Treaty on Exchange of Data for the Verification of Asset Declarations, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China on Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Hungary on Legal Assistance in Civil Matters, submitted by the Government, and
- Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the European Charter of Local Self-Government, submitted by the Government.
