Out of the 22 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Government and the Committee proposed that the National Assembly accept the amendment to Article 1 submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.

The Bill was presented, in detail, by Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic.

The Committee then proceeded to adopt a Conclusion asking the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development to draft an instruction that would enable the students of generation 2006, 2007 and 2008, studying according to the Bologna System, to extend their studies by a year with no fee or change in the curriculum. The general acts of higher education facilities need to be adjusted in line with the abovementioned. The Ministry obliged itself to inform the Committee on the implementation of the Conclusion within three months.
