By majority vote, the Committee members adopted the Report proposing that the National Assembly verify the terms of office of MPs Stanislava Janosevic, Nenad Mitrovic and Dr Ivan Bauer from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, Jovan Jovanovic from the Electoral List ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SASA RADULOVIC, Dragan Vesovic from the Electoral List DVERI – DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA – SANDA RASKOVIC IVIC - BOSKO OBRADOVIC, and Bajro Gegic from the Electoral List SDA Sandzak - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin.

The Committee also reviewed the resignation to the post of MP tendered by Srdjan Kruzevic. The Committee members unanimously decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly ascertaining that the situation falls under Article 88, paragraph 1, item 8, of the Law on the Election of MPs, which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of the term of office of an MP before the expiration of the term they were elected for, and therefore proposed that the National Assembly note the resignation of MP Srdjan Kruzevic.

The Committee members also passed, by majority vote, certificates ascertaining the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from the family as per the request submitted by MP Bosko Obradovic.
