The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, has convened the Fifth Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005 for 2 p.m. on Monday 14 November 2005.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia is to discuss the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2006, projections for 2007 and 2008, and proposals of decisions granting consent to financial plans for 2006 of the following agencies:

a) Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees;

b) Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers;

c) Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs;

d) Republic Health Insurance Agency, and

e) National Employment Service.

The agenda of the session is also to include the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Public Enterprises and Performance of Activities of General Interest, the Bill on the Prevention of Money Laundering, the Health Insurance Bill, the Serbian Red Cross Bill, the Bill on Health Practitioners’ Chambers, the Bill on Substances Used in Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs, and the Health Care Bill, all of which have been proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
