The National Assembly ascertained the following agenda proposed by 235 MPs:

The National Assembly commenced the debate on the first item on the agenda - Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, presented by Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Prof. Dr Darija Kisic Tepavcevic as representative of the submitter.

By the end of the day the National Assembly completed the debate on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.

The MPs went on to ascertain the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the “Aleksandar Vucic – For Our Children” Parliamentary Group.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Dr Vladimir Orlic set Wednesday, 16 June 2021, as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda of the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, starting at 6.33 pm.

On Voting Day, 16 June 2021, the National Assembly adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, submitted by the Government, and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the “Aleksandar Vucic – For Our Children” Parliamentary Group.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Dr Vladimir Orlic concluded the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature.
