Fifteenth Sitting the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 27 December 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the amendments the deputies submitted to the Bill modifying the Criminal Procedure Code.
At the sitting held on 27 December 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the amendments the deputies submitted to the Bill modifying the Criminal Procedure Code.
Out of the four amendments submitted, the Committee unanimously endorsed two amendments previously accepted by the Government. Two amendments did not receive the Committee’s support.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
