Fifteenth Sitting of the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija
At the sitting held on 3 June 2009, the members of the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija discussed the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija 2008 Activity Report.
At the sitting held on 3 June 2009, the members of the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija discussed the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija 2008 Activity Report.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ljubomir Kragovic, and attended by the Minister for Kosovo-Metohija, Goran Bogdanovic and associates and representatives of the Assembly of the Community of Municipalities of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
The Committee members adopted the part of the Report pertaining to the period from 11 July 2008 to 31 December 2008, when Minister Goran Bogdanovic was appointed head of the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija. The Committee members did not adopt the first part of the Report, period 1 January 2008 to 10 July 2008, when the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija was headed by Minister Slobodan Samardzic. The Committee members unanimously requested that a budgetary inspection be sent to the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija.
In the continuation, the representatives of the Assembly of the Community of Municipalities of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija informed the Committee members and Minister Bogdanovic on the current situation and problems in Kosovo-Metohija. The Community Assembly representatives invited the Committee members and Minister to attend the Community Assembly sitting scheduled for 26 June 2009 in Gracanica.
