The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the Eleventh Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for 10 a.m. on Monday 14 July 2003.

The sitting was convened at the request of a group of 107 Deputies, with the following agenda:

1. Proposals for the dismissal of members of the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency, submitted by a group of 49 Deputies;
2. Proposal for the election of members of the Commission for the Investigation of Responsibility for Human Rights Abuses, submitted by the Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic.

On the first day of the sitting, the National Assembly held a joint debate on proposals for the dismissal of Nenad Cekic, Professor Dr Vladimir Cvetkovic and Goran Radenovic from the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency and commenced joint debate on the Proposal for the election of members of the Commission for the Investigation of Responsibility for Human Rights Abuses.

On the second day of the sitting (15 July), the Deputies concluded debate on the Proposal for the election of members of the Commission, and, when work resumed, on Voting Day, did not adopt proposals for the dismissal of Nenad Cekic, Professor Dr Vladimir Cvetkovic and Goran Radenovic from the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency.

The election of members of the Commission for the Investigation of Responsibility for Human Rights Abuses marked the conclusion of the Eleventh Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2003.
