Eighty-Ninth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 26 September, the Justice and Administration Committee unanimously adopted the proposal to submit a Report to the National Assembly noting the termination of office of Krsman Ilic, public prosecutor at the Nis Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office, effective on 23 September 2011 considering that the 30-day period from the submission of the request for termination had expired without the National Assembly ruling on the termination of office.
With it in view, the Committee decided to withdraw the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Krsman Ilic, public prosecutor at the Nis Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office of 12 September 2011 the from procedure, in line with the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
