Eighty-Fifth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 25 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending the Law on the Ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
At the sitting held on 25 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending the Law on the Ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
The Committee accepted the Bill and proposed that the National Assembly adopt it.
The Justice and Administration Committee granted consent to the Rulebook on internal organisation and job systematisation at the Anti-Corruption Agency’s expert service, elaborated by the Agency Director Zorana Markovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
