Eighth Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 22 March 2021, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered the Ministry of Economy Activity Information for the period October-December 2020.

Milan Ljusic, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, outlined the Ministry’s most important legislative activities in the last quarter of 2020for the Committee members. He also presented the Ministry’s activities related to the privatisation process, bankruptcy proceedings, reorganisation of companies of strategic importance, as well as support programs for entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises.

Following a debate and the Committee members’ additional questions concerning the bankruptcy and privatisation proceedings, the Committee adopted the Ministry of Economy Activity Information for the period October-December 2020.

The Committee members went on to consider and adopt the Ministry of Economy reports on the privatisation process for October, November and December 2020, as well as for January 2021.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Vojislav Vujic, Vesna Stambolic, Natasa Ljubisic, Snezana Paunovic, Mina Kitanovic, Nenad Krstic, Gojko Palalic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Ugljesa Markovic, Ana Beloica, Branimir Jovanovic, Milos Bandjur, Adrijana Pupovac and Ivana Popovic.
