The sitting was attended by Andrijana Jovanovic, deputy head of the Commission for Public-Private Partnership, as representative of the Serbian Government who submitted the Bill.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly accept none of the 59 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public-Private Partnership and Concessions, which were also rejected by the submitter – the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Under item any other business, the Committee reviewed the proposal to have Zoran Bojanic as its representative in the four-member delegation to represent the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia at the interparliamentary conference “Local and regional governments in the enlargement region and EU regional policy”, to be held on 30 and 31 January 2017, in Brussels.
