Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 26 May, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the 10 bills submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and included in the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014, viz. the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Security Insurance, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia as Borrower and the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) as Creditor for a 1,000,000,000 USD Loan and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund for the financing of Irrigation System Development – Stage 1, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Finance Agreement “Apex loan for small and medium enterprises and other priorities III/A” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Mongolia on Mutual Visa Abolition, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on Visa Abolition for Diplomatic and Official Passport Holders, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro on mutual representation and provision of consular protection and services in third countries, Bill on the Confirmation of the Operative and Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Police Office and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendment to article 20, paragraph 1 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.
