Pursuant to Article 163, paragraph 2 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure the Committee rejected four amendments submitted to the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development to Support the General Budget as incomplete, viz. three amendments submitted to Article 1 by MP Sasa Radulovic and one amendment to Article 2 submitted by MP Zoran Zivkovic.

The Committee found that the amendment submitted to Article 3 of the Bill by MP Zoran Zivkovic did not comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the amendment submitted to Article 1 by MP Zoran Zivkovic did comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found the amendment submitted to Article 1 of the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement Concerning the Establishment of the Western Balkans Fund, accompanied by the Statute of the Western Balkans Fund by MP Sasa Radulovic to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the two amendments submitted by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications to articles 44 and 49 on the Bill amending and modifying the Law the on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
