Dr Vladimir Orlic Visits Miroslav Antic Elementary School

Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic visited "Miroslav Antic" Elementary School in the Belgrade settlement of Bele Vode where he discussed the school and its work with principal Dolores Grbic and the employees. On the occasion Dr Orlic presented the school with a National Assembly donation of computers.

Speaker Orlic praised the efforts the employees invest in the successful upbringing and education of young people, stressing that in it they can always count on the support of their state. Talking to the students, he told them to always try to be the best they can. "And whatever you may do tomorrow, think about your Serbia, about what you can do for it, because the future is in your hands," said Dr Orlic.

On behalf of the school, principal Grbic presented a certificate of thanks to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, emphasising that the donation will be important for the improvement of the teaching process and its even more efficient implementation.

"Miroslav Antic" is the only elementary school on the territory of the Belgrade settlement of Bele Vode. It was founded in 1945 and is today attended by more than a thousand students.
