The conference was also attended by the minister without portfolio in the Government of the Republic of Serbia in charge of relations with the diaspora, Djordje Milicevic, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Montenegro, Nebojsa Rodic, and the representative of the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region, Djordje Aleksic.

The Conference was attended by delegations of the Union of Serbs of Romania, Self-Government of Serbs in Hungary, National Council of Serbs in Slovenia, Serbian National Council of Croatia, Joint Council of the Municipalities of Vukovar, Association of Serbs of Croatia, Association of Creators of the Republic of Srpska, SNP "Our Choice" from the Republic of Srpska, National Council of Serbs from North Macedonia, Serbian-Montenegrin Society "Moraca-Rozafa" from Albania and the Serbian National Council of Montenegro.

The Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Dragan Stanojevic highlighted the importance of holding the Conference of Serbian National Organisations from the Countries of the Region in view of the challenges faced by Serbs in the region. He particularly emphasised that in the coming period the Committee will be actively engaged within the limits of its purview to achieve progress on these issues. In this regard, he invited the attending representatives of the umbrella organisations of Serbs in the countries of the region to come to the National Assembly, so that they could list the key problems to the members of the Committee and jointly find a way to overcome them.

In the working part of the Conference, the attending adopted a statement giving full and unreserved support to the institutions of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska in efforts to preserve peace, state stability and unity of the Serbian people.
