Delegation of the Turkish Parliament visits National Assembly

Members of the delegation of the Turkish Foreign Minister, Abdallah Gul, on a visit to Belgrade, today visited the National Assembly of the Republicof Serbia.


Members of the delegation of the Turkish Foreign Minister, Abdallah Gul, on a visit to Belgrade, today visited the National Assembly of the Republicof Serbia.
The Turkish guests were welcomed by deputies Dragoljub Kojcic, Donka Banovic, Ksenija Milivojevic, Milica Vojic-Markovic, Boris Karaicic and Ivica Dacic.
Members of the Turkish Parliament from Ankara, Istanbul, Bursaand Mersinexpressed great pleasure at Serbiaand Montenegro’s entry into the next stage of negotiations with the European Union. In their words, Turkeyhas come a long way in integration with the European Union, as that country’s approach to Europewas very specific due to the meeting of two civilisations.
The Turkish parliamentarians expressed their willingness to share their vast experience in European integration with their Serbian counterparts.
