Culture and Information Committee Chairperson Sandra Bozic – Press Statement

On behalf of the Culture and Information Committee, Chairperson Sandra Bozic denounces the attack on journalist Milan Ladjevic:

"An attack on journalists is always an attack on free society, on democracy, on freedom of speech, on the essential foundations of any modern society. Anyone who does not condemn such a thing is an accomplice in the collapse of the principle of equality, the collapse of the social duty to protect the individual and provide them with all guaranteed freedoms. Journalists have always been the foundation of this struggle, and that is why I strongly condemn any attack on this profession and support Milan Ladjevic to continue to draw attention to all social anomalies without compromise and to be what his professional principles dictate - a guardian of the public interest. "
