CONSTITUTIONAL COURT JUDGES SWEAR IN BEFORE THE SPEAKER OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

The newly appointed judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia swore in today at the National Assembly House before the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Oliver Dulic and the Serbian Minister of Justice, Dusan Petrovic.



The newly appointed judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia swore in today at the National Assembly House before the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Oliver Dulic and the Serbian Minister of Justice, Dusan Petrovic.

Ten judges were sworn in, five elected by the National Assembly and five appointed by the President of the Republic of Serbia, Boris Tadic.

The Assembly elected Predrag Cetkovic, Bosa Nenadic, Dragisa Slijepcevic, Stanka Milanovic and Marija Draskic as Constitutional Court Judges.

The President of the Republic of Serbia appointed Dragan Stojanovic, Oliver Vucic, Vesna Ilic-Prelic, Agnes Kartag-Odri and Katarina Andric-Manojlovic as Constitutional Court Judges.
