Arsic Meets with Serbian Ambassador in Riyadh

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Veroljub Arsic met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Riyadh Muhamed Jusufspahic to discuss how to promote interparliamentary cooperation.

The Ambassador said that there are ample opportunities for cooperation with Saudi Arabia, especially in terms of economic and natural resources, military industry and tourism.

Arsic said that parliamentary cooperation could prove useful, especially the exchange of visits which would lead to an exchange of ideas and later, economic cooperation.

Jusufspahic said that Serbia is also an interesting destination for tourists from Saudi Arabia and for companies interested in investing in the country.

The Deputy Speaker highlighted the two countries’ good political relations, adding he was happy that the Ambassador was working on strengthening economic and parliamentary ties between the two countries.
