The Board of Inquiry observed a minute’s silence at the beginning of the session in honour of all victims of terrorism in Kosovo.

The Board of Inquiry took a deposition from one person summoned to testify on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial and banking-related offences linked to it. The deposition was given by Goran Novakovic, former Minister of Mining and Energy in the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Session was held on 22 March, and was chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, chairman of the Board.

Goran Novakovic answered questions put to him by the chairman and members of the Board of Inquiry.

The Board of Inquiry continues work at 7 p.m. on Wednesday 24 March.
