97th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 21 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues formulated the text of the response to be sent to the Constitutional Court as regards the procedure to ascertain the unconstitutionality of the provision of article 86b of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Srdjan Mikovic, Committee Deputy Chairman.
