96th session of the Administrative Committee convened

Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the Committee’s ninety-sixth session for 1 p.


Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the Committee’s ninety-sixth session for 1 p.m. on Thursday 10 July. The following agenda was proposed for the session:

1. Objection raised by Todor Raicevic, former employee of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohia, to a decision of the Administrative Committee;
2. Passage of a Decision on Remuneration for Members of the High Judicial Council;
3. Discussion of the Republic Electoral Commission’s Report on the election of Tomislav Markovic Deputy in order to fill a vacant seat in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia;
4. Request of Deputy Milisav Petkovic for termination of permanent employment at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia;
5. Proposal of the Decision on Fines for Reprimands Issued to Deputies for Disturbing Order at the Session of the Ninth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2003;
6. Information regarding the request of the First Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office for gathering necessary information in the proceedings initiated after Boris Karajicic pressed criminal charges;
7. Establishment of Decision IU-197/02 of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, passed on 27 May 2003.
