At the sitting held on 11 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the11th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature.
The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Preschool Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Primary Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Foundations of the Education System, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pupil and Student Standards, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Serbian Literary Cooperative, Bill amending the Law on Weapons and Ammunition, submitted by the Government, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Radiation and Nuclear Security and Safety, submitted by MP Maja Gojkovic, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also found the Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention for the Establishment of a European Organization for Nuclear Research, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the European.
