90th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 13 December, during the Voting Day on items 12, 13 and 14 on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013, due to the occurrence of a situation described in article 165 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the two amendments the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending had submitted to articles 3 and 7 of the Republic of Serbia 2014 Budget Bill and found them compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
