88th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 February 2022, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered a number of bills submitted by the Government, in detail.


The Committee found the one amendment submitted to the Bill on the Election of the President of Serbia to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the four amendments submitted to the Bill on the Election of Members Parliament to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members found all five of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Local Elections to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also found the five amendments submitted to the Bill on Financing Political Activities to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Finally, the Committee found the one amendment submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Prevention of Corruption to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Jelena Djevdjic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila, Jovan Palalic, Arpad Fremond, Djordje Todorovic, Milos Terzic and Violeta Ocokoljic.
