85th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 10 May 2020, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Election of MPs and the Bill amending the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Government.

On behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the sitting was attended by Zoran Kasalovic and Sasa Mogic.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the nine amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Election of MPs.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Local Elections either.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin, Dr Balint Pasztor and Marko Parezanovic.
