84th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 8 May, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Election of MPs and the Bill amending the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Government.


On behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the sitting was attended by State Secretary Zoran Kasalovic and Assistant Minister Sasa Mogic as representatives of the submitter.

By majority vote, the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept the abovementioned bills in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jovan Palalic, Marko Parezanovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Djordje Komlenski, Miletic Mihajlovic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Slavisa Bulatovic.
